production and OEM, having 20 sets of injection machines, 3 electronic fabrication lines, 4 high-class spray painting
lines, 2 automatic spray painting lines for production and processing of plastic, electronic and toy products. Our

        The spray-painting workshop of the factory mainly engages in spray painting and UV spray-painting for plastics
 products. For many years we've been devoting ourselves into the research on rubber paint, chorionic paint, UV paint,
surface cover etc., and we have established a long-time cooperative relationship with some big companies, and we also
have won good comments from lots of customers.

 with the printing department, screen shift printing department, punching and forming department etc. to do production
and processing.
        Printing Department
The department has 6 sets of imported trademark printing machines that can undertake production of various sheet or
 roll type of adhesive labels, water-wash printed marks, computer-hole-punched labels, computer-printed bar codes,
 and flow number etc.
        Screen / Shift Printing Department
The department has 2 automatic baking screen and shift printing production lines, UV screen printing production lines,
and 18 sets of advanced fully automatic screen printing, shift printing or rollprinting machines, and 4 high-class moving
platforms for glass screen printing. All these guarantee its making of quality PC or PVC name plates and water-rotating
pattern labels for electromagnetic stoves, air-conditioners, micro-wave stoves, kitchen ventilator etc. as well as its
professional screenprinting processing for plastics, electronics and toys.
        Punching and Forming Department
The department has the equipment of puncher, sealing machine and glue dropping machine to produce EVA, sponge
products and glue-dropped products.
      Injection Department
The department has the injection machines of various specifications 80 ~ 250 tons and injection content 4 ~ 20 OZ.

discharge requirements provide by the country.
